随着城市雨污分流建设的推进,国内大中城市纷纷开始实施污水管道的敷设。对位于河湖漫滩的区域,由于土质条件的限制,污水管道的敷设只能以明开挖施工。对于管道埋设深和土质条件较差的路段,需采用一定的支护措施才能保证管道的顺利敷设。本文采用拉森桩支护技术,有效地解决了深沟槽支护带来的难题。
  With the advance of urban rainwater and sewage diversion construction, domestic large and medium-sized cities have begun to implement sewage pipeline laying. Because of the limitation of soil quality, the laying of sewage pipeline can only be carried out by open excavation in the area of floodplain of rivers and lakes. In order to ensure the smooth laying of pipelines, certain supporting measures should be adopted for the sections with deep buried pipelines and poor soil conditions. In this paper, Larsen pile support technology is used to effectively solve the problems caused by deep trench support.
  一、工程概况
  I. General situation of the project
  本工程为开发区污水管道新建工程,区内地形平坦,地面高程(吴淞 )为6.40m~8.00m,属长江漫滩地貌单元。沿线地貌单元单一,第四系覆盖层厚度大。表层为填筑土,其下为第四系新近沉积的亚黏土、淤泥质亚黏土、细砂、粉砂。管道覆土约6m,位于3-1粉砂层中,如果仅进行明开挖不辅以支护措施,管道敷设难度很大。经方案比选,管道沟槽采用拉森桩进行支护,开挖后沟槽内进行混凝土硬化并实施井点降水,然后敷设D1500mm污水管。
  This project is a new sewage pipeline project in the development zone. The terrain is flat and the ground elevation (Wusong) is 6.40m~8.00m. It belongs to the landform unit of the floodplain of the Yangtze River. Along the line, the geomorphic units are single, and the Quaternary overburden is thick. The surface layer is filled soil, and the lower layer is Quaternary newly deposited sub-clay, silty sub-clay, fine sand and silt. Pipeline is covered with soil about 6m and located in 3-1 silt layer. If only open excavation is carried out without supporting measures, it is very difficult to lay the pipeline. After scheme comparison, Larsen pile is used to support the pipeline trench, concrete hardening and well point dewatering are carried out in the trench after excavation, and then D1500mm sewage pipe is laid.

  二、拉森桩支护设计
  2. Design of Larsen Pile Support
  拉森桩是带锁口或钳口的热轧型钢相互连接咬合而形成的连续钢板桩墙,用来挡土、挡水,是一种非重力式、柔性的板式支撑形式。常用的截面形式为U形、Z形和直腹板式。
  Larsen pile is a continuous steel sheet pile wall with lock or clamp joints, which is used to retain soil and water. It is a non-gravity and flexible form of plate support. The commonly used cross sections are U-shaped, Z-shaped and straight web type.
  本工程采用U形拉森桩Ⅳ,桩长为15m,宽度为400mm,高度为310mm,厚度为11mm,断面面积为236cm2/m,桩重量为75kg/m,截面模数为2037cm3/m。围檩采用2H500×200双拼型钢,支撑采用D609×16钢管支撑和H400×400型钢支撑,钢支撑端头设置厚度不小于10mm的封头钢板,端板与支撑杆件满焊。沟槽底满堂浇注C30混凝土垫层,沟槽内采用管井降水。
  The U-shaped Larsen pile IV is adopted in this project. The pile length is 15 m m, the width is 400 m m, the height is 310 m m, the thickness is 11 m m, the section area is 236 cm 2/m, the weight of the pile is 75 kg/m, and the section modulus is 2037 cm 3/m. The purlin is supported by 2H500 *200 double-section steel, D609 *16 steel pipe and H400 *400 steel pipe. The steel support end is provided with a head steel plate with a thickness of not less than 10 mm, and the end plate and the supporting rod are fully welded. The bottom of the groove is filled with C30 concrete cushion, and pipe well dewatering is used in the groove.
