  一、一般要求
  I. General requirements
  (1)为方便该工程基础的施工,为基础凸出位置处模板施工预留工作面,钢板桩的打入位置应符合方案设计要求。
  (1) In order to facilitate the construction of the foundation of the project, a working face is reserved for the template construction at the protruding position of the foundation, and the driving position of the steel sheet pile should meet the requirements of the scheme design.
  (2)钢板桩的整体布设形状应尽量平直整齐,以便支撑的架设。各周边尺寸应尽量符合板桩模数。

  (3)在施工基础工程全部工序的时候,严禁碰撞、拆除支撑,禁止在支撑上搁置重物或进行切割、电焊等其他施工作业。

  二、施工工序

  依据施工图纸及高程要求放沉桩定位线→基坑开挖( 整个比武馆)1.35m→升降舞台基坑开挖上部2.55m 土方→设沉桩导向槽→平整机械施工道路→沉设围护桩→土方开挖→升降舞台结构施工(次)→填土→拔除钢板桩→升降舞台结构施工(第二次)。

  三、钢板桩的布设及相关要点设计

钢板桩施工租赁
  (1)为了更安全起见,先将整个地坪降低1350mm,再在剪力墙外皮1500mm设钢板桩,后退3.5m为下坡线,在-9.5m处起坡,坡度系数1:1。既起到了一定的卸载作用,又将基坑开挖深度相应减少,同时又满足了普通钢板桩的要求。同时,考虑到该工程所处位置,地下水含量大,且复杂等因素,难免在基坑侧壁出现渗水现象,为此,采取在基坑底四周设盲沟加集水井的应急措施排除渗水。还考虑到基础及外墙施工时,应留有一定的工作面等因素,终确定出桩到基础外边的距离为1m。

Considering the factors such as certain working face, the distance from pile to the outside of foundation is determined to be 1m.
  (2)考虑到挖运土方行走路线的设置。应有上下坡道。靠坡道的钢板桩不能高出地面,以便于挖土设备上下行走。
  (2) Considering the setting of excavation route. There should be ramps up and down. Steel sheet piles on slopes should not be raised above the ground so that excavators can walk up and down.
  (3)钢板桩的布桩形式如图1,图2 所示,要求一顺一丁形式紧密结合,以免基坑侧壁局部渗水量过多,影响正常施工。
