  拉森钢板桩的渗漏和涌沙管理办法
  Leakage and sand gushing management of Larsen steel sheet pile
  ①表象:基坑挖土过半时,发现钢板桩渗漏,主要在接缝处和转角处,有的当地还涌沙。
  (1) Appearance: When the foundation pit is excavated more than half, it is found that the leakage of steel sheet piles occurs mainly at joints and corners, and in some places there is sand gushing.
  ②缘由剖析:拉森钢板桩旧桩较多,运用前未进行校正修补或检修不好,锁水处咬合欠好,致使接缝处易漏水。转角处未关闭合龙,使用转角桩,这种转角桩要通过堵截焊接工序,可能会发作变形。打设拉森钢板桩时,两块板桩的锁口可能插对不紧密,不符合要求。拉森钢板桩的笔直度不符合要求,致使锁口漏水。
  (2) Cause analysis: Larsen steel sheet pile has many old piles, which have not been corrected or repaired before use, and the occlusion of water lock is not good, which makes the joint easy to leak. When the closure is not closed at the corner, the corner pile is used. The corner pile may be deformed by blocking the welding process. When Larsen steel sheet pile is built, the lock of the two sheet piles may not be inserted tightly and meet the requirements. The straightness of Larsen steel sheet pile does not meet the requirements, resulting in leakage of the lock.
  ③避免办法:旧钢板桩在打设前需进行纠正。对曲折变形的钢板桩可用油压千斤顶顶压或火烘等办法纠正。做好围檩支架,以确保钢板桩笔直打入和打入后的钢板桩墙面平直。避免钢板桩锁口中心线位移,可在打桩跋涉方向的钢板桩锁口处设卡板,阻挠板桩位移。因为钢板桩打入时歪斜,且锁口联络处有空位,关闭合龙比较困难,处置的办法一是用异形板桩此法较困难);二是选用轴线关闭法(此法较为便当)。
  (3) Avoidance measures: old steel sheet piles need to be corrected before construction. One way to deal with it is to use the special-shaped sheet pile; the other is to use the axis closure method (this method is more convenient).
  ④管理办法:选用水玻璃水泥浆以阀管双液灌浆体系施工堵漏。

  首要我们要分析下拉森钢板桩围堰接缝处转角处呈现渗漏原因,呈现这样状况的原因有四种:

  1、可能是钢板桩的笔直度不够,因而锁口出漏水;
