钢板桩是一种边缘带有联动装置,且这种联动装置可以自由组合以便形成一种连续紧密的挡土或者挡水墙的钢结构体。为了减少土方开挖量和回填量,所用材料为可重复使用,用机械打入后为达到重复使用的目的,故还要用机械拔出,因此有打拔钢板桩一说。

(1)打入方式选择。

单独打入法,是从板墙的一角开始,逐块(或两块为一组)打设,直至工程结束。其优点是施工简便、迅速、不需要其他辅助支架。其缺点是:易使板桩向一侧倾斜,且误差积累后不易纠正。因此,单独打入法只适用于板桩墙要求不高且板桩长度较小(如小于10 m)的情况。

(2)屏风式打入法,是将10-20根钢板桩成排插入导架内,呈屏风状,然后再分批施打。施打时先将屏风墙两端的钢板桩打至设计标高或一定深度,成为定位板桩,然后在中间按顺序分l/3、1/2板桩高度呈阶梯状打入。

屏风式打入法的优点是:可以减少倾斜误差积累,防止过大的倾斜,而且易于实现封闭合拢,能保证板桩墙的施工质量。其缺点是:插桩的自立高度较大,要注意插桩的稳定和施工安全。

(3)钢板桩的打设。

打桩时,开始打设的第 一、二块钢板桩的打入位置和方向要确保精度,它可以起样板导向作用,一般每打入1m应测量—次。

(4)钢板桩拔除。
