1、钢板桩施工方法
1. Construction method of steel sheet pile
(1)外观检验:包括表面缺陷、长度、宽度、厚度、端部矩形比、平直度和锁口形状等项内容。需注意:
(1) Appearance inspection: including surface defects, length, width, thickness, end rectangle ratio, straightness and lock shape. Note:
a、对打入钢板桩有影响的焊接件应予以割除;
a. The welding parts that affect the driven steel sheet pile shall be cut off;
b、割孔、断面缺损的应予以补强处理;
b. If the hole is cut or the section is defective, it should be reinforced;
c、若钢板桩有严重锈蚀,应测量其实际断面厚度。原则上要对全部钢板桩进行外观质量检查。
c. If the steel sheet pile is seriously corroded, the actual section thickness shall be measured. In principle, the appearance quality of all steel sheet piles shall be inspected.
(2)材质检验:对钢板桩母材的化学成分及机械性能进行全 面试验。包括钢材的化学成分分析,构件的拉伸、弯曲试验,锁口强度试验和延伸率试验等项内容。每一种规格的钢板桩至少进行一个拉伸、弯曲试验:每20-50t重的钢板桩应进行两个试件试验。
(2) Material inspection: comprehensive test on chemical composition and mechanical properties of steel sheet pile base material. It includes chemical composition analysis of steel, tensile and bending tests of components, lock strength test and elongation test. At least one tensile and bending test shall be conducted for each specification of steel sheet pile: two test pieces shall be conducted for every 20-50t steel sheet pile.
2、钢板桩吊运
2. Lifting of steel sheet pile
装卸钢板桩宜采用两点吊装的方法进行操作。吊运时,每次吊起的钢板桩根数不宜过多,并应注意保护锁口避免损伤。吊运方式有成捆起吊和单根起吊。成捆起吊通常采用钢索捆扎,而单根吊运常用专用的吊具。
The method of two-point hoisting should be adopted for loading and unloading steel sheet pile. When lifting, the number of steel sheet piles lifted each time should not be too many, and attention should be paid to protect the lock mouth to avoid damage. There are two kinds of lifting methods: bundle lifting and single lifting. Bundle lifting usually uses steel cable binding, while single lifting usually uses special lifting tools.
3、钢板桩堆放
3. Piling of steel sheet piles
钢板桩堆放的地点,要选择在不会应压重而发生较大沉陷变形的平坦而坚固的场地上,并便于运往打桩施工现场。堆放时应注意:
Steel sheet piles shall be stacked on a flat and solid site which will not be subject to heavy load and large subsidence and deformation, and shall be easily transported to the piling construction site. Attention should be paid when stacking:

(1)堆放的顺序、位置、方向和平面布置等应考虑到以后的施工方面;
(1) The stacking sequence, location, direction and plane layout should be considered for future construction;
(2)钢板桩按型号、规格、长度分别堆放,并在堆放处设置标牌说明;
(2) Steel sheet piles shall be stacked according to model, specification and length, and signs shall be set at the stacking place to explain;
(3)钢板桩应分层堆放,每层堆放数量一般不超过5根,各层间要垫放枕木,垫木间距一般为3~4m,且上、下层垫木应在同一垂直线上,堆放的总高度不宜超过2m。
(3) Steel sheet piles shall be stacked in layers, with no more than 5 piles in each layer. Sleepers shall be placed between each layer. The spacing between the sleepers is generally 3 ~ 4m, and the upper and lower sleepers shall be on the same vertical line. The total height of stacking shall not exceed 2m.
六、导架的安装
6、 Installation of guide frame
在钢板桩施工中,为保证沉桩轴线位置的正确和桩的竖直性,控制桩的打入精度,防止板桩的屈曲变形和提高桩的贯入能力,一般都要设置一定刚度的、坚固的导架,也称“施工围檩”。
In the construction of steel sheet pile, in order to ensure the correct position of pile sinking axis and the verticality of pile, control the driving accuracy of pile, prevent the buckling deformation of sheet pile and improve the penetration capacity of pile, it is generally necessary to set up a rigid and solid guide frame, also known as "construction purlin".
导架采用单层双面形式,通常由导梁和围檩桩等组成,围檩桩的间距一般为2.5~3.5m,双面围擦之间的间距不宜过大,一般略比板桩墙厚度打8~15mm,安装导架时应注意以下几点:
The guide frame adopts single-layer and double-sided form, which is usually composed of guide beam and purlin pile. The spacing between purlin piles is generally 2.5 ~ 3.5m, and the spacing between double-sided walls should not be too large. Generally, it is slightly thicker than sheet pile wall by 8 ~ 15mm. The following points should be paid attention to when installing the guide frame:
(1)采用经纬仪和水平仪控制和调整导梁的位置。
(1) Theodolite and level are used to control and adjust the position of guide beam.
(2)导梁的高度要适宜,要有利于控制钢板桩的施工高度和提高施工工效。
(2) The height of the guide beam should be appropriate, which is conducive to controlling the construction height of the steel sheet pile and improving the construction efficiency.
(3)导梁不能随着钢板桩的打设深入而产生下沉和变形等情况出现。
(3) The guide beam cannot sink and deform with the driving depth of steel sheet pile.
(4)导梁的位置应尽量垂直,并不能与钢板桩产生碰撞。
(4) The position of the guide beam shall be vertical as far as possible, and shall not collide with the steel sheet pile.
