1、 一般要求
1. General requirements
1钢板桩的设置位置应满足设计要求,便于沟槽基础的土方施工,即在地基的凸出边缘外有模板架设和拆除的空间。

2基坑支护中的钢板桩支护平面布置应尽量平直,尽量避免不规则的角隅,便于标准钢板桩和支护设置的使用。所有外围尺寸应尽可能与板模块相结合。

3、 钢板桩进场堆放区

根据施工进度或现场情况,组织钢板桩进场时间,确保钢板桩施工符合进度要求。钢板桩堆放位置应根据施工要求和现场情况沿支撑线分散布置,避免集中堆放造成二次搬运。

1钢板桩检验
1 steel sheet pile inspection
钢板桩一般有材料检验和外观检验,以纠正不合格的钢板桩,减少打桩过程中的困难。
Steel sheet piles generally have material inspection and appearance inspection to correct unqualified steel sheet piles and reduce difficulties in the process of piling.
(1) 外观检查:包括表面缺陷、长度、宽度、厚度、端矩形比、平直度、锁形。注:
(1) Appearance inspection: including surface defects, length, width, thickness, end rectangle ratio, straightness and lock shape. Note:
a、 切断影响打入钢板桩的焊接部位;
a. Cut off the welding parts affecting the driven steel sheet pile;
b、 如果开孔或截面有缺陷,应进行加固;

c、 如果钢板桩腐蚀严重,应测量实际截面厚度。原则上应检查所有钢板桩的外观质量。

(2) 材料检验:钢板桩基础材料化学成分和力学性能的综合试验。它包括钢的化学成分分析、构件的拉伸和弯曲试验、锁紧强度试验和延伸率试验。每种规格的钢板桩应至少进行一次拉伸和弯曲试验:每20-50t钢板桩应进行两次试验。
(2) Material inspection: comprehensive test of chemical composition and mechanical properties of steel sheet pile foundation materials. It includes chemical composition analysis of steel, tensile and bending test of components, locking strength test and elongation test. At least one tensile and bending test shall be conducted for each specification of steel sheet pile: two tests shall be conducted for every 20-50t steel sheet pile.
2钢板桩吊装
2 steel sheet pile hoisting
钢板桩装卸采用两点吊法。起吊时,每次起吊的钢板桩数量不宜过多,并注意保护锁口,以免损坏。吊装方法有两种:捆绑吊装和单次吊装。捆包吊装一般采用钢丝绳绑扎,单件吊装一般采用专用吊装工具。
The steel sheet pile shall be loaded and unloaded by two-point lifting method. During lifting, the number of steel sheet piles to be lifted each time shall not be too large, and attention shall be paid to protect the lock port from damage. There are two hoisting methods: binding hoisting and single hoisting. Steel wire rope is generally used for bundle hoisting, and special hoisting tools are generally used for single piece hoisting.

钢板桩应堆放在平整、坚实的场地上,不易承受较大的荷载和较大的沉降变形,并便于运输至打桩施工现场。堆放时应注意:
Steel sheet piles shall be stacked on a flat and solid site, which is not easy to bear large load and large settlement deformation, and is easy to transport to the piling construction site. During stacking, attention shall be paid to:
(1) 未来施工应考虑堆放顺序、位置、方向和平面布置;

(2) 钢板桩按型号、规格、长度堆放,堆放处设标志说明;
(2) Steel sheet piles shall be stacked according to model, specification and length, and signs shall be set at the stacking place;
(3) 钢板桩应分层堆放,每层不超过5根。轨枕应放置在每层之间。轨枕间距一般为3~4m,上下轨枕应在同一垂直线上。堆放总高度不得超过2m。
(3) Steel sheet piles shall be stacked in layers, with no more than 5 piles in each layer. Sleepers shall be placed between each layer. The sleeper spacing is generally 3 ~ 4m, and the upper and lower sleepers shall be on the same vertical line. The total stacking height shall not exceed 2m.
