U型拉森钢板桩具有施工速度快、挡土、挡水效果好等优点,广泛应用在基坑、码头、围堰等工程。常见设计桩长范围为15m~27m,不同桩长,不同地质情况对施工会产生不同的影响。本文通过实际施工案例,总结27m拉森钢板桩在砂层较厚地质情况下施工遇到的问题及对应的措施,为后续类似工程提供参考。

某围堰工程,采用双排U型拉森钢板桩结构形式,围堰临水侧桩顶设计标高为+6.5m,基坑侧桩顶设计标高为+4.5m,堰顶宽度8m/10m。设计钢板桩型号600*210*18,采用Q390BZ钢。围堰基坑侧钢板桩长包括15m、21m,临水侧钢板桩长包括15m、18m、27m,其中21m、27m长桩各320根。
A cofferdam project adopts the structural form of double row U-shaped Larsen steel sheet piles. The design elevation of the pile top on the waterfront side of the cofferdam is + 6.5m, the design elevation of the pile top on the side of the foundation pit is + 4.5m, and the width of the weir top is 8m / 10m. 施打前一定要熟悉水下、地下管线、构筑物的情况,认真放出准确的拉森桩桩中线。施打前还应进行试桩,确保拉森桩施打顺利。

打桩前,对钢板桩逐根检查,剔除连接锁口锈蚀、变形严重的钢板桩,不合格者待修整后才可使用;在钢板桩的锁口内涂油脂,以方便打入拔出,同时起到止水作用。

钢板桩施打采用屏风式打入法施工。屏风式打入法不易使板桩发生屈曲、扭转、倾斜和墙面凹凸,打入精度高,易于实现封闭合拢。施工时,先施工两端定位桩,然后将型钢围檩焊接在桩将 10-20根钢板桩成排插入导架内,使它呈屏风状,然后再施打。通常将屏风墙两端的一组钢板桩打至设计标高或一定深度,并严格控制垂直度,用电焊固定在围檩上,然后在中间按顺序分 1/3 或 1/2 板桩高度打入。

Usually, a group of steel sheet piles at both ends of the screen wall are driven to the design elevation or a certain depth, the perpendicularity is strictly controlled, fixed on the purlin by electric welding, and then driven in the middle by 1 / 3 or 1 / 2 of the height of sheet piles in sequence.
屏风式打入法的施工顺序有正向顺序、逆向顺序、往复顺序、中分顺序、中和顺序和复合顺序。施打顺序对板桩垂直度、位移、轴线方向的伸缩、板桩墙的凹凸及打桩效率有直接影响。因此,施打顺序是板桩施工工艺的关键之一。其选择原则是:当屏风墙两端已打设的板桩呈逆向倾斜时,应采用正向顺序施打;反之,用逆向顺序施打;当屏风墙两端板桩保持垂直状况时,可采用往复顺序施打;当板桩墙长度很长时,可用复合顺序施打。总之,施工中应根据具体情况变化施打顺序,采用一种或多种施打顺序,逐步将板桩打至设计标高,一次打入的深度一般为0.5-3.0米。

The driving sequence has a direct impact on the verticality, displacement, expansion in the axial direction, concave convex of sheet pile wall and driving efficiency. Therefore, the driving sequence is one of the keys of sheet pile construction technology. The selection principle is: when the sheet piles driven at both ends of the screen wall are inclined reversely, they shall be driven in a positive sequence; On the contrary, strike in reverse order; When the sheet piles at both ends of the screen air wall remain vertical, the reciprocating sequence can be used for driving; When the length of sheet pile wall is very long, it can be driven in composite order. In short, the driving sequence shall be changed according to the specific situation during construction. One or more driving sequences shall be adopted to drive the sheet pile to the design elevation step by step. The driving depth at one time is generally 0.5-3.0m.
打入桩后,及时进行桩体的闭水性检查,对漏水处进行焊接修补,每天派专人进行检查桩体,同时做好沉降位移观测点的设置及定期测量检测工作。

钢板桩施工一定距离后开始跟进安装围檩及拉杆。安装钢围檩时,先按1.2m间距焊接托架,将对拼32b号槽钢用吊机吊放于托架上,围檩槽钢与槽钢之间用垫板、隔套加M30 10.9级螺栓连接。安装▽3.5mΦ40对拉杆,▽1.5mΦ50对拉杆。为使钢板桩受力均匀,外侧板桩与围檩的间隙采用细石砼填实。下排围檩板及拉杆安装需将内外侧土方开挖至1.5m标高以下以利于安装。

In order to make the steel sheet pile stress evenly, the gap between the outer sheet pile and the surrounding purlin shall be filled with fine aggregate concrete. For the installation of lower row purlin plate and pull rod, the internal and external earthwork shall be excavated below the elevation of 1.5m to facilitate installation.
